Counselling Sessions
Individual counselling sessions are 50 minutes in length and cost $165 per session.
Online Eating Course
The Online Eating Course is $660 and includes the same core material I typically work through with clients over 10-12 counselling sessions, offered in a structured and self-paced format.
Payment Details
Payment is done at the end of each session and receipts are sent electronically to your email. Payment is accepted in the form of e-transfer, cash, or cheque.
