Okay, back to my story…

Today, I teach a proven 3-phase process that helps people overcome their struggles with food—and I have the privilege of working with amazing people just like you.
But it wasn’t always this way.

I know what it’s like to struggle:
  • To feel weighed down by the emotional burden of food
  • To try everything to lose weight, only to gain more and feel even more defeated
  • To know deep down that another diet isn’t the answer—but not know what else to do
  • To feel stuck, discouraged, and afraid to try one more thing

Eventually, I reached a turning point.

I got help. I worked with a counsellor and a dietitian. And slowly, through setbacks and small wins, I began to heal.

I learned that food didn’t have to control my life—and that I could help others do the same.

So I went on to pursue my Master’s in Counselling Psychology, specializing in eating disorders. I combined the best of evidence-based psychology with what had helped me in my own journey—creating a compassionate, sustainable method that actually works.

Since then, I’ve had the honour of guiding countless others toward freedom, healing, and peace with food.

Six months ago, I decided it was time to share this approach more widely.
I packaged up everything that’s helped my private clients--the exact tools, strategies, and guidance—into a course that could reach more people than I ever could in one-on-one sessions.

The most lucrative time for the diet industry is upon us. Here comes the "you ate too much over the holidays, here's a diet program!" campaigns in the New Year. 

They put a "problem" in your head and then offer you a "solution".

Food, your body and enjoying the holidays are not a problem. Diet culture is.
