Eventually, I reached a turning point. I got help. I worked with a counsellor and a dietitian. And slowly, through setbacks and small wins, I began to heal. I learned that food didn’t have to control my life—and that I could help others do the same. So I went on to pursue my Master’s in Counselling Psychology, specializing in eating disorders. I combined the best of evidence-based psychology with what had helped me in my own journey—creating a compassionate, sustainable method that actually works. Since then, I’ve had the honour of guiding countless others toward freedom, healing, and peace with food. Six months ago, I decided it was time to share this approach more widely. I packaged up everything that’s helped my private clients--the exact tools, strategies, and guidance—into a course that could reach more people than I ever could in one-on-one sessions.
